nexus director Christiane Dienel who served as president of the University of Applied Sciences Hildesheim-Holzminden-Göttingen from 2012-2016 has edited a special issue of the journal “Innovation. The European Journal of Social Science Research”. It commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Bologna declaration on the European Higher Education Area and contains nine articles especcially written for the occasion.
